I may be a little crafty

So I finished these over the past month. I'm pretty proud of myself for just getting them done! They were all really easy projects, and Ross helped me with some of them.

The curtains we bought at IKEA, while we were in Utah. Sigh.. how I wish we had one close to us! The closest IKEA to us I think is in Chicago- that's twelve hours away! Anyway, these were super cheap, sheer like I wanted, and there was no sewing involved! Lucky me! They're in our kitchen.

This bulletin board is also in our kitchen, and I just added some fabric to an existing boring bulletin board. I think I will paint the edges. I'm not sure though.

And then here is an earring holder that I made! I have seen this idea a lot on various websites, and just decided to make my own rendition. It's a bit sloppy and crooked, but I really like it anyway.

Now I need to get going on the nursery! I'm looking for inexpensive cute ways to decorate it. So if anyone has any ideas... let me know!

I've got some projects for you to do for me since I haven't gotten to them, now that I see how gifted you are. ;) Looks great! Have I given you links to some great sites for house design yet?

Actually, the last time I checked, the closest IKEA was in Dallas...only 8 hours away! We were actually considering driving down there to buy a couch. Never could really convince ourselves to do it, though.

*Sigh*...we miss you guys in our ward. We still should get together for a photo-playdate with our kids sometimes.

Your curtains are SO cute! I just bought some curtains at the IKEA store too for our livingroom. At least our IKEA store is only 90 minutes away rather than 12 hours! Your other projects are really cute! Can't wait to see your baby projects.
Love,
Syl

Nicole- If you're talking about the links on the side of your blog I've been enjoying perusing them already!

Rik- Now we're TOTALLY not in the same ward. Sad.

Aunt Syl- if only IKEA was only 90 min. away. Sigh.
