So, to offset my oh so healthy salad, I'm also putting up this ice cream cake that I made. It's super easy, and super yummy. I got it from kraftfoods.com. Here is the recipe.
Mine is not quite so beautiful- but it's pretty delicious.
whatever yours looks way better than the picture on the recipe. somehow ice cream looks better when it is melting...I think the chocolate looks darker or something. Or maybe its that you wouldn't be afraid to eat yours, if its too perfect you never want to eat it!
